Hotel Ad Turres*** - Crikvenica
Settlement: It is 400-500 metres from the pebbly, slowly deepening beach and 2500 metres from the centre of Crikvenica. The accommodation is set in Mediterranean vegetation in the middle of a small pine forest on a hillside. The hotel consists of a main building and 12 pavilion buildings. There is no lift in any of the buildings.
Beach and beach: slowly deepening, pebble beach
Catering: half board (breakfast and dinner) buffet. Dinner includes drinks. Local alcoholic and soft drinks from vending machines.
Rooms:
- Standard double room with balcony in the main building: They are the same size and facilities as the standard rooms, but with a sea view. As the hotel is located in an area surrounded by pine forest, the view may be obstructed by vegetation. In rooms with extra beds, the extra bed is an extra bed that can be pulled out from the side of the standard bed. These beds are narrower than a normal bed and do not have the comfort of a normal bed. If an extra bed is used, rooms may be more cramped.

Good value for money hotel in Crikvenica. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The hotel is built on a steep hill, so not recommended for people with limited mobility. The beach closest to the hotel is pebbly and more spacious than the beaches in the area, making it an ideal choice.
Crikvenica: The Croatian coastal stretch closest to Hungary. The town is built on a hillside, so many of the accommodation facilities have excellent panoramic views. Typical topography is alternating mountainous valley sections. Already in Roman times a trade route led here. The coastline is varied, with mainly pebbly stretches, although some stretches are sand-filled. The town's river is the Dubrance, which runs through the town. It has a very favourable climate, being not so hot in summer and mild in winter. It is almost completely integrated with the surrounding resort towns of Dramalj and Selce. Its history was mainly influenced by the Austro-Hungarian Empire, which is reflected in the appearance of the town. At the turn of the century, many villas were built and the town became one of the most popular spa and tourist centres for the elite of the time. The villas of that period are still an iconic part of the townscape.

- Rijeka: Rijeka is the country's most important port on the shores of the Kvarner Bay, the third most populous city after Zagreb and Split. It is important for Hungarians because it was the largest port in Hungary during the Monarchy. It was part of the Kingdom of Hungary, and was part of the Hungarian maritime area from 1776 to 1918. The city enjoyed its heyday during the Monarchy, which can be considered the Hungarian era.
- Island of Krk (42 km): the second largest island in the Adriatic Sea and the most populous island in Croatia with 68 settlements. The main sights of Krk are Frangepán Castle, the Cathedral, the Town Gate, the harbour.
- Aquarium: During the visit, you will discover a wonderful underwater world: the 24 pools in the visitor hall will display more than 100 magnificent Adriatic species and some 50 spectacular tropical fish species in an environment reminiscent of their natural habitat. A visit to the aquarium is a great experience for children and adults alike.
